How do you ship and clear customs?
All Peptiko shipments leave Chișinău, Moldova, declared under HS 3822.00 (laboratory reagents, reference materials) with a commercial invoice listing the products as Research Use Only.
EU transit is typically 3 to 6 business days via tracked courier. EU customs clears HS 3822 shipments without intervention in most jurisdictions. Outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, CIS) transit is 5 to 10 business days; customs handling depends on the destination country's laboratory-reagent import rules.
All shipments use insulated packaging with ice packs. The transit times above stay inside the validated cold-chain thermal envelope.
How do I verify the Certificate of Analysis?
Every batch we ship has a Certificate of Analysis published on peptiko.xyz/coa-lookup, indexed by batch ID (format PK-YYMM-NNNN).
Find the batch ID printed on the vial label, open the lookup, and the full COA PDF with HPLC chromatogram and mass-spec data is downloadable. If your batch does not appear in the lookup, the vial is not from us.
The COA covers identity (mass spec), purity (HPLC-MS area percent), water content (Karl Fischer), and endotoxin (LAL). Each test reports the raw instrument data, not a pass/fail verdict.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe at checkout, EUR or USD.
SEPA bank transfer for EU customers, EUR, no fee.
T/T wire for non-EU customers, EUR or USD, customer pays correspondent bank fees.
Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT-TRC20) on request for larger orders.
All payments are processed before dispatch. For SEPA and T/T, allow 1 to 3 business days for funds to clear. Invoices are issued from PEPTIKO ADVANCED S.R.L., IDNO 1026023034120, with optional B2B fields for VAT or research-institute reference.
What is your refund and replacement policy?
We replace or refund any shipment that arrives outside the validated cold-chain envelope (replacement, no questions), damaged in transit (replacement on photo evidence), with a batch ID that fails to match the COA lookup (replacement plus investigation), or below the labelled HPLC purity on independent retest (full refund plus manufacturer investigation).
We do not refund vials reconstituted and stored against the recommended protocol, vials returned outside cold-chain handling, or vials whose label or seal has been tampered with.
Open a case by writing to info@peptiko.xyz with photos and the batch ID. We resolve within 5 business days.
Can I use Peptiko products on humans?
No. Peptiko products are sold strictly as research reagents for in-vitro laboratory use only. We do not approve or recommend any product for human consumption, injection, or therapeutic use of any kind.
Every product page, every label, every shipping document, and every Certificate of Analysis carries the Research Use Only designation. This is the regulatory category we operate in (HS 3822.00, laboratory reagents); selling for any other purpose would put both you and us in conflict with applicable law.

What are your typical lead times?
Most of the catalog is in stock with same-day or next-business-day dispatch from Chișinău. Exceptions:
Lower-volume compounds (AOD-9604, Apitegromab, BAM-15, Trevogrumab): 5 to 10 business days from order to dispatch if not currently in stock. Custom batch sizes: 10 to 20 business days. Sample-sized vials below 2 mg: typically 7 business days.
Each product page shows current stock status. "In stock" means ready to ship within one business day of payment clearance.
Do you offer bulk or partner pricing?
Yes. For researchers and laboratories ordering the same compound monthly, or for distributors with sustained volume, we offer partner-tier pricing meaningfully below the public catalog rate.
Qualifying thresholds: 20 or more vials per month sustained for 3 months, or 100 or more vials in a single order, or distributor partner with documented downstream channel.
Write to info@peptiko.xyz with your projected volume and the compounds you need. We send a partner-tier quote within two business days.
Where can you ship?
Laboratory and institutional addresses globally (any country with EU or CIS trade access). Residential addresses in most of the EU and UK. Residential addresses in Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.
We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses (customs declarations require a physical address), to jurisdictions where Peptiko is not licensed to operate (currently the US, Canada, Australia, NZ), or to addresses flagged for repeated customs rejection.

What if my shipment is lost or delayed?
Send the order number (format PEP-YYMMDD-XXXX) and tracking number to info@peptiko.xyz. We open a trace with the courier within 24 hours.
If the courier confirms loss, we dispatch a replacement at no charge within 48 hours of the confirmation. If the courier confirms delivery but you have not received, we file a delivery dispute and dispatch a replacement after 5 business days.
The insulated packaging holds the validated cold-chain window for 7 days. Shipments delayed beyond that are replaced rather than delivered, to avoid product compromise.
My vial looks different from the product page photo, what should I do?
Do not reconstitute or use it until we have verified. Send a photo of the vial with the label visible, and the batch ID, to info@peptiko.xyz.
We do not change vial appearance between batches without updating the product page. A substantial visual difference indicates one of: manufacturer fill-finish format change (we update the page when this happens), labelling error on our side, transit tampering, or a counterfeit (we have not seen this with Peptiko shipments and would investigate seriously).
Replacement or refund is on us if any of the above is confirmed.
