What is Peptiko's refund and replacement policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable — we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds. Because these are research reagents that depend on validated cold-chain handling, a vial cannot be accepted back or resold once it leaves our custody, so please review your order carefully before confirming (a specialist confirms every order with you before it ships). The only exception is a defective delivery: a shipment that arrives outside the validated cold-chain envelope, damaged in transit, or with a batch ID that fails to match its Certificate of Analysis is replaced free of charge — a like-for-like replacement, never a cash refund. Email a clear photo of the label and the batch ID within 48 hours of delivery; we resolve within 5 business days. Replacements are not offered for vials that were reconstituted, stored outside cold-chain handling, or received with tampered seals.
