What is Peptiko's refund and replacement policy?

We replace or refund any shipment that arrives outside the validated cold-chain envelope (free replacement, no questions), damaged in transit (replacement on photo evidence), with a batch ID that fails to match the COA lookup (replacement plus investigation), or below the labelled HPLC purity on independent retest (full refund plus investigation with the manufacturer). We do not refund vials that have been reconstituted against the recommended protocol, returned outside cold-chain handling, or with tampered seals. Open a case by replying with photos and the batch ID; we resolve within 5 business days.
