What should I do if my Peptiko shipment is lost or delayed?
Send your order number (format PEP-YYMMDD-XXXX) and tracking number to info@peptiko.xyz. We open a trace with the courier within 24 hours. If the courier confirms loss, we dispatch a replacement at no charge within 48 hours of the loss confirmation. If the courier confirms delivery but you have not received the package, we file a delivery dispute and dispatch a replacement after 5 business days. Cold-chain insulation holds the validated temperature window for 7 days; shipments delayed beyond that are replaced rather than delivered to avoid product compromise.
