My Peptiko vial looks different from the product page photo, what should I do?
Do not reconstitute or use it. Email a photo of the label (clearly readable) and the batch ID to info@peptiko.md. We do not change vial appearance between batches without updating the product page first; substantial appearance mismatch means either a labelling error, transit tampering, or a counterfeit. We investigate every case and dispatch a free replacement if any of those conditions is confirmed (a like-for-like replacement, not a cash refund). We have not seen counterfeit Peptiko vials to date but would treat such a report seriously.
